I would say it runs a little bit small. I am a true size large and I am pretty large chested so I needed the extra room on top so I went up to the extra large. I also prefer a larger size on the bottoms to be comfortable. If you’re small chested you could probably order your true size. If you want a little extra room definitely size up one
